These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at www.socialknowhow.com (the “Site”), which is owned and operated by Social Know How Inc., operating as Social Know How® (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Social Know How® is headquartered in Vaughan, Ontario, Canada, and also operates a United States division, Social Know How USA Inc., based in St. Petersburg, Florida. By visiting, accessing, or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

The Site is provided for informational and business purposes. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Site by, any third party.

The Social Know How® name, logo, and all related trademarks, service marks, and trade names are the exclusive property of Social Know How Inc. You may view, download, and print content from the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only, provided you do not modify or remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices. We do not endorse, monitor, or assume any responsibility for the content, privacy policies, security practices, or terms of use of any third-party website. These Terms govern your use of the Site only. If you engage Social Know How® for professional services, those services will be governed by a separate service agreement or statement of work. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the service agreement shall prevail.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When changes are made, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Site after any changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, while preserving the original intent.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. For users accessing the Site from the United States, any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms may also be subject to the laws of the State of Florida, and the federal laws of the United States applicable therein. You agree that any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction located in Ontario, Canada, or in Pinellas County, Florida, United States, as applicable. You consent to the jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Social Know How Inc. regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, understandings, or agreements, whether oral or written, relating to your use of the Site.
