Role Overview

We are on the lookout for a proactive Social Media Manager for Accounts & Operations to lead our agency’s social media initiatives, ensuring the seamless management of operations and project success. This role demands an individual capable of strategic planning, enhancing client relationships, and leading a team towards exceeding both client and company objectives.

Core Responsibilities

Management

·       Delegate tasks effectively within the team to maximize productivity and achieve goals.

·       Lead and motivate the Social Know How team to surpass predetermined objectives.

·       Organize and lead regular team meetings to provide key updates.

·       Foster the growth of team members through professional development.

Project Management:

·       Utilize Monday.com for comprehensive tracking of project activities, ensuring clear task assignments and adherence to deadlines.

·       Regularly evaluate and refine project resources and schedules to enhance operational efficiency.

·       Implement risk management strategies to anticipate and mitigate project hurdles.

Client Relationship Management:

·       Serve as the main point of contact for existing clients through ongoing communication.

·       Facilitate client meetings to review progress, share insights, and discuss strategic adjustments.

·       Gather and analyze client feedback to continuously improve our service and campaign strategies.

Strategy & Content Planning:

·       Develop social media strategies that resonate with client goals.

·       Continuously monitor market trends to ensure that our strategies outpace the competition.

·       Evaluate campaign results against objectives to refine and optimize future strategies.

·       Collaborate with the team to develop, craft, and refine content strategies, ensuring alignment with client objectives and effective implementation across social media campaigns.

Requirements:

·       A minimum of 5 years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or project management.

·       At least 2 years in a leadership position, ideally within a marketing agency environment.

·       Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.

·       Proficiency in project management tools, with a preference for those familiar with Monday.com or similar platforms.

·       Outstanding client management and interpersonal communication skills.

·       Demonstrated ability to craft strategic plans and creatively tackle challenges.

·       Highly organized, capable of juggling multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

·       Willingness to be available periodically on weekends when necessary
